Description
These shellfish are the traditional side dish to Maine lobster. They are sweet, briny and succulent served with it’s own broth and butter for dipping. Average serving size is one half of a pound. This ocean bounty are also available shucked when ordered by phone with a days notice before shipment. Please note that steamers are a soft shelled item and are guaranteed intact when packaged however they may crack in transit. In that event they are it is still safe to cook and eat as long as the package was delivered cold.
