Rice Vinegar | ½ cup |
Low sodium soy sauce | ½ cup |
Honey | 2 Tablespoon |
Ground Ginger | 1 teaspoon |
Fresh ground black pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Garlic Cloves, minced | 3 |
Lemon, thinly sliced | 1 lemon |
Chopped green onion | ¼ cup |
Toasted sesame seeds | 1 tablespoon |
Salmon fillet | 3 ½ pounds |
Directions
Combine all ingredients before salmon and immerse the salmon in the marinade. Marinate the salmon overnight. Soak the plank in water for 1 hour and drain. Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees and cook salmon for 15- 20 minutes until flaky.
